Sherlock ATC

We are doing an art trade with the lovely , and we exchange Sherlock character ATCs, we both draw one Sherlock and one Watson, and there are six other characters that we divided between us, so there will be many many cards in this project

So this is an ordinary ATC 2,5"x3,5" (first in my life, and I must say drawing in miniature is haaard!) and I made it with watercolour pencils. I went a bit overboard with the colours, these don't really work well together with the character, but there's no way back anymore :S

...and yeah, that white ornament is supposed to be (cigarette) smoke (but I admit it's only there because I found the background boring without it ) and yeah it was cruel from me to give him a cigarette (as you know Sherlock Holmes's signature pipe has been replaced with nicotine patches in the BBC version and he is struggling to quit smoking)
